The account Everyone who would like to buy something in our Internet shop, at first should be registered. You can make it at the site’s registration page.
Registration You can register filling the required contact information form. At starting page press “My Account" button, then press "Continue" button in “New Customer” field. In the personal data questionnaire specify your passport data: your name, surname, index, address and e-mail.
Authorization If you are already registered in our Internet shop and would like to make an order from other computer, please enter your e-mail address and password in "Input" form, which is located in the right top corner of the site.
Personal data changing Probably you will need to change or correct your personal data after registration. To make changes, it is required to choose the link "Edit account info" in "My Account" box.
Purchasing
- Choose currency convenient for you in the right box of "Currency" drop-down menu.
- Choose a subject you are interested in and press "Buy" button located under the item you are interested in. The item's description/name and cost will appear in “Shopping Cart”.
- If necessary, please use “Add Comments About Your Order” form.
- Having chosen everything you need, press "Checkout" button.
- After your order placement you will receive an e-mail notification including information concerning your order (the delivery address and total cost of the ordered items). Confirm your order in the reply letter. DO NOT IGNORE CONFIRMATION VIA E-MAIL! The ordered items will be sent you only after your confirmation!

ORDER STATUS VIEWING:
After the ordering you can check at what stage your order is. For this purpose press the link "Account history" in "My Account" box.
Order statuses: New - a new order which is has not been accepted for handling yet; Waiting for payment - the status is given in case of payment by means of WebMoney and Moneybookers manually before reception of money to our account; Preparation - an order transferred for handling; Delivery - this status is given after sending an order to the Client. A notification message necessarily reports a postal item number (personal postal identification number). Delivered - this status is given after delivery of an order to the Buyer.

Please, pay your attention to the fact that the default currency for 2Checkout is USD. In case of conversion to Euro the cost of your order may differ insignificantly owe to some changes in the exchange rate.
Delivery All orders are delivered only via priority registered air-mail in safe parcels or cardboard boxes. Postage is 4.48 EUR / $6.30. All CD’s will be sent without plastic boxes but well-packed.
A message with a personal postal identification number will be sent to your e-mail address after your order processing. You'll be able to track your posting at the Post of Russia's web site using your personal postal identification number.

We feel it our duty to inform you beforehand, that Mother Russia is well-known not only with breadth of her Russian Soul, but also with breadth of her vast spaciousness.
Owe to such state of things, all packages for you come a part of their way on the ground, although all your orders are finally sent par avion (as air mail). Our office and storehouse are located in the depths of the country, so your orders will pass hundreds of miles in a postal van before their departure from Moscow by plane. Mail processing may take up to 5 days. So, take into account this fact, when you try to forecast an expected date of your order’s receipt.
We should also note that using an ID number you cannot always track your package in a correct manner. We, on our side, are able to track the way of your order only up to the moment of its export through the custom-house of Russian Federation. Further you should use appropriate on-line services on your national postal web sites.
Return and refund policy You can return an item to us if there are some defects in the received item. Each case will be considered personally. For return you have to write a letter to our e-mail indicating Order Code, item name and defect. Claims without Order Code will not be considered.
